I'm Stacey (she/her). I've been a business owner for 13 years, and I'm no stranger to starting over.
I ran a stationery business with my husband for 4 years, closed it, and started over as a VA and creative business guide. This year my business unraveled again - multiple clients left at once, and I've been back to trying to pick up the pieces and figure things out, all while life keeps life-ing!!
2025 has felt like one of the wildest times to run a business. The world is reshaping itself. Everyone's trying to figure out what comes next. And honestly? I have no idea either.
But somewhere in the quiet of not knowing, this idea emerged - to write about the messy bits of navigating business during these uncertain times, in the hopes that we can both feel less alone.

Letters are sent out at the start of every new month. You'll receive yours within 3-5 days (UK) or 7-10 days (international). You can cancel anytime before your next billing date - no long-term commitment, no hard feelings.
International shipping is available for an additional £3/month. Please note this price may need to adjust if postage costs or tariffs change significantly, but I'll give plenty of notice if that happens.
Yes to all three. Email me at hello@staceyleebrebner.co.uk and I'll sort it. Need to pause for a month? Moving house? Want to gift it to someone? Just let me know.
Yes! I'd love that. You can send a proper letter back to the return address on the envelope. Depending on how the club grows, I might not be able to reply to everyone, but I will read and cherish every letter. And honestly? The act of writing itself - putting pen to paper, slowing down enough to form your thoughts - that's valuable on its own, whether you get a response or not.
Generally yes - a letter, a card, occasional extras. I'm following what feels right seasonally, so there may be gentle variations, but it won't become something completely different.
Email me straight away. I don't send letters tracked (keeps things simple and costs low), but that means occasionally Royal Mail loses one. I make a few extras each month, so I'll send you another if I can. If I've run out, I'll email you a digital version instead. We'll also double-check your address is correct so it doesn't happen again next month.
Not currently, but if there's enough interest I might add this option. Email me if you'd prefer annual billing and I'll let you know if it becomes available.
