One day you were excited about your business, and somehow – without you even noticing – Sunday nights became filled with dread about facing another week of work that used to light you up.
I'm Stacey, and after burning down my own "successful" business and rebuilding from scratch, I've learned that resistance isn't something to push through – it's something to listen to.

You're allowed to have fallen out of love with the business you built.
You're allowed to have fallen out of love with the business you built.
The signs are all there once you start paying attention. You're bored by work that used to challenge you, irritated by your own Instagram posts, and spending more time researching completely different businesses than actually working on the one you have.
Everything feels like a slog now. You're procrastinating on tasks that used to be easy, feeling resentful about your own success, and secretly bitter that other business owners seem excited about their work while you're just trying to get through the day.
Where did the joy go? And more importantly – is it ever coming back?
I love helping sensitive business owners fall back in love with their business – without giving in to that overwhelming urge to burn everything down and start over.
Whether you're burned out or you've simply outgrown what you built, I guide you through rebuilding your business foundation so it actually fits who you are now, not who you were when you started, and helps you fall back in love with your work again.
Not every single moment, but the overall experience should energise you rather than drain you. When you've fallen out of love with your business, we need to find what genuinely excites you again – not what you think should excite you.
I help you find the magic in your own approach – the way you think, create, and connect with people. We'll also rediscover magic in the mundane tasks that feel draining right now, because when your business fits who you are, even admin can feel meaningful.
I believe in taking things back to basics, stripping away what's not working, and focusing on what actually matters to you now. When you simplify, you create space to breathe, think clearly, and remember what you actually want from your business.
Real relationships are what make this work joyful. This is why I choose 1:1 work – I can be that grounding presence in your business, the person who remembers your magic when you've forgotten, and helps you reconnect with what makes you brilliant when everything feels overwhelming.
You need foundations that feel stable but flexible, especially in a world that feels increasingly uncertain. With AI changing everything, economic instability, and constant noise online, having unshakeable foundations means you can adapt to whatever comes next without losing yourself in the chaos.

I know what it's like to feel trapped by your own business – and I've figured out how to transform that resistance into excitement again.
Over 13+ years, I've sold businesses, closed them down, and started fresh multiple times. Each time felt scary, but each change taught me something so important - businesses that don't grow with you will eventually start to feel like they're keeping you stuck.
Learning I'm autistic helped me understand why my brain needs novelty and work that can shift with my changing interests and capacity. Like the seasons, our businesses need to change and adapt - and that's not a flaw to fix, but something to embrace.

Lot's of lessons learned!
Listen to the chat I had with Ami from Oh Snap! talking about quitting and letting go in business! PS. I wouldn't recommend starting over like I did, but rather building it with intention and constantly recalibrating and adjusting.
While my business looked successful from the outside, I was completely burnt out and disconnected from the work. I couldn't pretend to be excited about it for one more day. Looking back now (after learning I'm autistic), so many things make sense - the constant machine beeping in the studio, feeling overwhelmed when people needed things from me constantly, why I kept outgrowing businesses that felt restrictive. I needed to create something that could evolve with my changing interests and work with my brain, not against it.
Questioning if this was truly my definition of success??
We found our groove creating beautiful unboxing experiences for photographers. We developed systems, built a loyal client base, and everything looked great on paper. But behind the scenes, I was staring at my laptop screen forcing myself through work I'd completely fallen out of love with. My values had shifted and I couldn't authentically promote a printing business when I genuinely believed the most environmentally responsible choice was not to print anything at all.
Carved out our own little niche!
We made the difficult decision to sell our wedding business and move to the UK for a fresh start. This is where my husband and I started Molly And Tom - helping photographers with bespoke handmade stationery and packaging. It felt like the perfect solution: smaller scale, more manageable, still creative.
Sold my first business & decided to move to the UK...
Having my daughter changed everything. I found myself working weekends, missing important milestones, and constantly trying to juggle business demands with wanting to be present for my family. The business that once excited me started feeling like a trap. I began questioning if I'd ever find the balance I craved.
The slow realisation that the business didn't fit my life anymore...
We grew rapidly, adding wedding stationery, flowers, and a full styling service. Couples could come into our showroom and style their entire wedding tablescape in our studio. Word spread and we became a one-stop shop for everything wedding-related. From the outside, we looked incredibly successful - and honestly, we were.
We expanded our team
I started a wedding decor hire company in Cape Town (South Africa). What began as a simple idea to help couples create beautiful weddings quickly grew into something much bigger than I'd anticipated. I was passionate, energetic, and completely in love with what I was building.
Started my first business
(spoiler: it DEFINITELY WAS not a straight line)
I discovered I'm autistic, which explained so much about my business journey. Now I help sensitive business owners who've fallen out of love with their work rebuild their foundations without losing everything they've worked for. There's nothing more meaningful than guiding someone back to loving their work again.
The piece that was missing all along...
Through years of trial and error, I finally figured out how to build a business I don't want to run away from and my definition of success! For me - it's about working 20 hours a week, having time for my family, being immersed in nature, and supporting causes I care about.
For many of us - whether due to neurodivergence, parenthood, chronic illness, or other circumstances - running our own business is the only viable option. Your definition of success might be totally different, but I want to help you rebuild something that supports what you actually want, not what you think you should want.
You're allowed to outgrow what once excited you. And it makes perfect sense to need your work to evolve as you do instead of keeping you stuck in who you used to be. Your desire for change isn't a character flaw - it's growth.
If you're ready to rebuild your business foundation so it actually fits who you are now, I'd love to help you figure it out.
It's okay to want something different.
Major life transitions - becoming a parent, entering new life stages, discovering you're neurodivergent, [insert whatever has shifted for you] - all affect how you want to work and what you need from your business.
But somehow we expect our businesses to stay exactly the same?
The biggest thing for me has been accountability. I felt like I was always procrastinating but having you there to cheer me on and keep me going has made a HUGE difference”
I feel like you’ve been a business mentor, a business partner to bounce ideas off and an amazing friend who has been so compassionate throughout our time knowing one another.
Stacey's support has been instrumental in boosting my confidence and excitement about my work. She not only understood my vision but also validated my ideas, turning them into tangible steps.
Being neurodivergent, I felt truly understood and respected throughout our collaboration. Stacey tailored her approach to suit my needs perfectly.
I'm a complete convert to letting the right person help you tackle those important projects. With Stacey I know, beyond doubt, that I am in safe hands.
Her creative sensitive approach combined with an impressive strategic and tech knowledge means she's a powerhouse, and so much more than a VA
Stacey is literally like an angel sent down from heaven to sprinkle her knowledge and wisdom on earth in the kindest manner with the gentlest direction.
From our very first meeting she spend time really listening to what I need in my business to complete a host of tasks I was putting off for years.
