I love getting under the skin of your business to find unexpected ways to make you shine. Strategy is my thing and I love joining the dots and seeing the bigger picture. I know you have everything you need to create a peaceful, satisfying and thriving business! Sometimes you just need a little help seeing your own magic!
You started your business to help people, to make them feel seen, tended to and taken care of. But who is supporting and tending to you? Don’t worry, if you have been putting yourself (and your dreams) to the bottom of your to-do list, you’re in the right place.
You started your business to help people, to make them feel seen, tended to and taken care of. But who is supporting and tending to you? Don’t worry, if you have been putting yourself (and your dreams) to the bottom of your to-do list, you’re in the right place.
You’re a sensitive photographer or service provider who pours their heart and soul into their work.
I’m here to help you carve out the space to work on your business so you can craft the strategies and systems to feel generously supported and have the freedom you crave.
Instead of revolving your life around your business and clients, I will help flip things around so that everything in your business is designed to work around (and for) you.
Let’s create your own quiet business rebellion. One where you get to have your cake and eat it too!
I believe in a slower, simpler approach to doing business. One rooted in intention, meaning & purpose, where you find that beautiful (yet often seemingly elusive) balance between deeply supporting your clients, honouring your creativity, and reclaiming your time, energy and heart.
Until I eventually burnt out and had to take a major step back and re-evaluate how I could build a business that could thrive (without me sacrificing all of my time and energy).
Now I want to offer you the support I so desperately desired - but never prioritised.
For years I tried to do it all myself...
As a deeply sensitive person it can be easy to focus only on client work - but if you don't nurture your own business it can never truly flourish and grow.
Having been in business for over 12+ years, I know how valuable it can be to make the space to work on your own business instead of in it!
After a lot of trial, error (and experimentation) I have finally created a business that works around me and the life I want to live. For me it’s not about hitting 6/7 figures - it’s about working 20 hours a week so I can spend time with my family. Having the time and freedom to spend my time outdoors and donate to the causes I support.Your desires might look completely different, but I want to help you build the structures and systems that will help your dreams become a reality.
Lot's of lessons learned!
Listen to the chat I had with Ami from Oh Snap! talking about quitting and letting go in business! PS. I wouldn't recommend starting over like I did, but rather building it with intention and constantly recalibrating and adjusting.
While Molly and Tom was successful on paper, I was still feeling really burnt out and that the business model wasn’t sustainable for the slow lifestyle I craved. We ended up winding things down, and I decided to set up my own consulting business helping those same photographers find more breathing room in their business.
Questioning if this was truly my definition of success??
When everyone was trying to sell the value in wooden boxes, we were sitting down with clients and helping them create unboxing experiences that would be an expression of their art AND help create more referrals. We created packages, to take the stress out of sourcing bits and pieces from multiple suppliers - again we looked to our strengths and listened to our clients.
Carved out our own little niche!
Fast forward a few years and we decided to sell our wedding business and take a leap and move to the UK. This is where my husband and I started a business called Molly And Tom. We helped photographers brand their final delivery with bespoke handmade stationery and packaging.
Sold my first business & started Molly and Tom (you may have heard of it)?
A little surprise came along (my beautiful Daughter), and while I tried my best to juggle and rely on my team, working on the weekends and missing out on all those important milestones led me to question if I would ever find balance.
An unexpected (but joyful) surprise
We grew and added on wedding stationery, flowers and a full styling service. Couples could come into our showroom and style the wedding tablescape of their dreams in our studio - word spread and we soon became a one stop shop for decor, stationery and styling.
We expanded our team
I started a wedding decor hire company in Cape Town (South Africa) - but instead of just trying to show the value in the vases and candle holders I provided, I thought about what my clients truly needed. This led to creating a new service called Style it Yourself.

The biggest thing for me has been accountability. I felt like I was always procrastinating but having you there to cheer me on and keep me going has made a HUGE difference”
I feel like you’ve been a business mentor, a business partner to bounce ideas off and an amazing friend who has been so compassionate throughout our time knowing one another.
Stacey's support has been instrumental in boosting my confidence and excitement about my work. She not only understood my vision but also validated my ideas, turning them into tangible steps.
Being neurodivergent, I felt truly understood and respected throughout our collaboration. Stacey tailored her approach to suit my needs perfectly.
I'm a complete convert to letting the right person help you tackle those important projects. With Stacey I know, beyond doubt, that I am in safe hands.
Her creative sensitive approach combined with an impressive strategic and tech knowledge means she's a powerhouse, and so much more than a VA
Stacey is literally like an angel sent down from heaven to sprinkle her knowledge and wisdom on earth in the kindest manner with the gentlest direction.
From our very first meeting she spend time really listening to what I need in my business to complete a host of tasks I was putting off for years.
For most of my entrepreneurial journey, I thought I had to hustle my way to success (side note - it didn't work). As solopreneurs we often forget that we are our most valuable asset in our business, which is why it is vital that we take care of ourselves and build businesses that are sustainable and can help us not just survive but thrive.
I believe in a slower, simpler approach to doing business. One rooted in intention, meaning & purpose.
My philosophy and guiding values
I believe that we as small business owners have a responsibility to do business better. Which is why I have taken The Ethical Move Pledge. To always put the person before the sale (something that is so important to me & my values). To communicate inclusively, truthfully & clearly (no fake scarcity tactics, or hidden info here). And to take responsibility for my part in changing the marketplace & breaking the cycle of consumerism. While I might not always be perfect, I strive to do better & take responsibility for the way I market my services & conduct my business.
I believe in doing business ethically & INTENTIONALLY...
Have the support of someone who can challenge your thoughts, remind you of your magic, and gently hold you accountable so you can accomplish your vision for your business.
