Signature Inquiry, Booking and onboarding Workflow 

I loved working with Helen to infuse her infectious personality into her booking process!

Helen is an outdoor adventure wedding photographer, whose energy you can feel from the moment you hop on a call with her. She is also a self confessed paper lover! Although she knew she needed a more sustainable system to help her book and onboard new clients, she was slightly hesitant to let go of her old (manual / paper) process. But she was open to using Dubsado, and is now enjoying the benefits of having a signature (and repeatable onboarding process), that helps her book and welcome new clients effortlessly.

Her superpower is being able to make everyone she meets feel like her best friend! She is generous and warm, which is why I wanted to help her infuse this energy into every brand touch point leading up to her discovery calls (and beyond).

Helen had no problem booking clients, but it took up way more time than necessary. From having to send pdf contracts, to remembering to follow up she always felt like she was forgetting to do something. She needed a hub where she could easily access client info, instead of searching through emails and paper notes for the information she needed.

Helen also wanted to sell more albums, and encourage her clients to book an engagement session to make them feel more at ease in front of the camera on their wedding day - so we made sure to show her clients the value of having these additions at key stages of her inquiry, booking and welcome workflow.

She also wanted to build more of a connection with her clients prior to their wedding - we have plans to work on this in a future Reset day, but were able to create a "getting to know you" questionnaire to start building a relationship with her new clients, and make them feel at ease.

It was important to identify some key goals and develop a strategy.

Helen asked to keep her workflows simple. She knew that she would feel overwhelmed with an overly complicated process and so we made sure that her inquiry, booking and welcome workflows were quick and easy for her to execute.

Helen chooses not to have her prices online, and so we designed an Investment guide in Dubsado to automatically send to potential clients as soon as they submit her inquiry form. 

We made tweaks to her inquiry form, so that she could build connection with couples when inviting them to book a discovery call.

I re-designed her client proposal, questionnaires and guided her on how to create canned emails infused with her brand personality.

We designed a welcome ritual, that automatically sent a welcome guide filled with gently boundaries and set expectations with her clients right from the start. And her clients now have access to a client portal - making it easier for them to access their contracts, invoices & helpful guides!

And finally I made sure that most of her workflow was automated, allowing Helen to book and onboard clients with a few touches of a button. Freeing up her time during wedding & booking season.
