Lynne is an incredibly talented elopement photographer, who helps couples design & document intimate elopements on the Isle of Skye!
Lynne wanted to create a bespoke client experience for her new signature service. This was a high-investment package and so she needed the experience to showcase the full value of this service. Lynne is a multi-passionate creative who wanted to combine her other hobbies and passions into her client experience (this was such a fun and exciting challenge). With over 15 years of experience Lynne wanted to share her knowledge in a way that was engaging and could support her clients. Although she had signed up for Dubsado she was not using all of it's functions & features to their full potential.
Lynne decided to focus on her main package which included helping her overseas clients plan meaningful elopements on the Isle of Skye. This new package also helped her:
1. Charge for her extensive knowledge (built over 15 years of planning elopements in Skye) and the additional time it was taking her to recommend & book suppliers for her clients!
2. Use resources she already had - like an award winning Airbnb situated on her gorgeous small holding!
3. Infuse all of her other passions, such a cooking, animals, hosting and gardening into her client experience!

We spent some time defining what Lynne's brand magic was - which is that she is an incredible host!
Besides being an amazingly talented photographer, Lynne will set herself apart by infusing her nurturing personality, hosting and master chef worthy cooking skills into a three day elopement package designed for couples who enjoy slow travel.
We created a seamless experience where all her clients have to do is hop on a plane to Scotland and Lynne will take care of the rest. Making everything feel personalised with intentional automations, and branded guides that educate & inspire her clients from the moment they get in touch.

SIMPLE STRATEGIES
Before working with me Lynne didn't have a properly structured workflow - but now her workflow is broken down into multiple phases, that support her clients from the moment they fill out her lead capture form to a full year later where she continues to nurture her relationships with her clients.
Her process is very detailed, as she needs to plan all the elements of her client's elopement, but I created multiple documents that are going to WOW her clients and keep her organised! Lynne loves to add a personal touch when working with her clients so we created lots of templates and emails that could be easily personalised (saving her time, without compromising on the personal touch she is known for).

Lynne was one of Skye's first elopement photographers (she also has family roots going back generations)! I wanted to find a way we could share the vast amount of local knowledge and expertise built up over her 15 years of photographing elopements, that would support her clients but still give Lynne more time to focus on her art instead of her admin. She now has several beautifully branded guides that will help her clients plan their elopement, as well as their trip to Scotland.
Her 50+ page Elopement plan includes important dates, supplier details, full travel itinerary (including a plan B, you always have to be prepared for the weather in Skye) AND SO MUCH MORE.

There are so many carefully thought-out brand touchpoints in Lynne's process (I wish I could share them all, but I wouldn't want to ruin the surprises for her clients ☺️).
But the best part about the work we did together is that Lynne can seamlessly execute a repeatable process for every single client, regardless of her energy levels and workload. With the help of Dubsado, and it's helpful features Lynne can easily schedule meetings with her clients, keep them up to date throughout their time working together, and gently guide them every step of the way from the moment they get in touch, all the way to their 1st wedding anniversary.
